An evening of World Class Darts

Forest Town Arena Events in association with Superstar Speakers UK brings to you an unbelievable line up for the FTA Darts Championship which will be held at the Forest Town Arena on Saturday 11th February 2022

We are delighted to announce that four of the best darts players currently active will be going head-to-head in an all-out darts tournament at the Forest Town Arena in February with the winner being crowned the FTA Darts Champion 2023

The four players competing are

* 'Superchin' Daryl Gurney – Winner of the 2017 World Grand Prix and 2018 Players Championship, Superchin oozes natural darting talent. A regular in the world stage Gurney is a formidable opponent to anyone who steps up to the oche against him. In the middle of a career revival, many are saying that Daryl is playing the best darts of his career

* 'The ASP' Nathan Aspinal an English professional darts player currently playing in PDC events. He won the 2019 UK Open with a 170 checkout in the final leg against former World Champion Rob Cross. Aspinall won his first PDC major at the 2019 UK Open, defeating Toni Alcinas, Christian Kist, Madars Razma, Steve Lennon, Ross Smith and Gerwyn Price to reach the final, where he defeated Rob Cross 11–5 to take the title, securing the final leg with a 170 checkout. The win took Aspinall into the top 16 of the PDC Order of Merit for the first time in his career.

* 'The Natural' Nathan Rafferty is a Northern Irish professional darts player who currently competes in the PDCevents. Rafferty made his TV debut on the 2018 UK Open where beat Jason Mold in round 2, before defeating the defending champion Peter Wright in round 3, eventually losing to Robert Owen.He has won four Development Tour titles, one in 2018 and 2019 and two in 2021. He has also won a Challenge Tour title.

* 'Rapid' Rickey Evans is an English professional darts player who plays in Professional Darts Corporation events. Evans is known for his incredible dart throwing speed, and has been described by Sky pundit Wayne Mardle as the quickest player he's ever seen. Evans will usually throw three darts within three to five seconds of approaching the oche unless changing position or going for a double, a trait which has led to his nickname of 'Rapid'. During the 2017 World Championship, Evans hit a 180 in just 2.16 seconds during his first round match against Michael Smith

In addition to facing each other to be crowned FTA Darts Champion, these current darts stars will be taking on 12 of the best Mansfield darts players on the main stage at this event – which will include a full walk on!

There will be opportunities for everyone attending to meet the players, have photos taken and enjoy a night at the darts!

REFUNDS: A full refund will be issued only if the event is cancelled. Tickets may not be exchanged, refunded or re-sold.

Refund policy if the event is cancelled due to the COVID-19 :

A person gets notified about the cancellation of any event. A person will receive their refund automatically through the same method of payment used to complete your purchase (eg:- If the payment is made using UPI, the money comes back into the UPI account). The refunds are generally delivered within 7-21 business days.

If the event is postponed, we will contact you via phone or email with the information regarding the changes in the time, venue, date, and more. The tickets are valid for the new event date.

SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS: It is paramount to Superstar Speakers that everyone fully enjoys this event. If you have ANY special requirements (E.g. Access) please notify us BEFORE the show as we may not be able to accommodate you if told on the night.

SPEAKERS: In the unlikely event that a guest speaker can no longer make the date we will find a suitable replacement. No refunds are given fo this.
