Terms and Conditions

Sitting with Friends: To ensure you are seated with your friends, please book under the same name, which will automatically group your seats together. Special seating requests can be sent to info@superstarspeakers.co.uk, and while not guaranteed, we’ll do our best to accommodate.

Ticket Type Seating:If you purchase a mix of ticket types (e.g., Gold and Silver), your group will be seated according to the lowest ticket type.

Seating Arrangements:You will be allocated a seat in either theatre style or around a table, depending on the arrangement.

Refunds:A full refund will be issued only if the event is canceled. Tickets are non-exchangeable, non-refundable, and may not be resold. If the event is canceled due to COVID-19, refunds will be processed within 7-21 business days. If postponed, you will be contacted with the new details, and tickets will be valid for the new date.

Special Requirements: Please notify us of any special access or requirements before the show. Requests on the night may not be accommodated.

Speakers: In the unlikely event that Kevin Keegan cannot attend, an alternative date will be offered. You will have 24 hours to opt for a refund or to move your ticket to the new date.

Communication:All updates, tickets, and any changes will be communicated via the email provided during booking. If you do not receive your tickets, please contact customerservice@superstarspeakers.co.uk.

Age Policy: Strictly for ages 14 and above. Under 18s must be accompanied by an adult.
