Vetting the Superstar terms.

SITTING WITH FRIENDS: To ensure you are sat with your friends please book under the same name this will automatically sit you together. Any requests can also be directed to info@superstarspeakers.co.uk and although we cannot guarantee a request we will do our best to accommodate them.

TICKET TYPE SEATING: If you was to purchase a Platinum ticket and a silver ticket together then you would be sat on a table with the silver tickets. Same applies for other tickets. You will be sat with the lower end ticket on any tickets you purchase as a group.

SEATING ARRANGEMENTS: You will be allocated a seat for the event around a table of 8-12 depending on the venue layout for the event. You can purchase a table of 10 to secure 10 guests sat together.

REFUNDS: A full refund will be issued only if the event is cancelled. Tickets may not be exchanged, refunded, or re-sold. Refund policy if the event is cancelled due to the COVID-19 : A person gets notified about the cancellation of any event. A person will receive their refund automatically through the same method of payment used to complete your purchase (e.g.:- If the payment is made using UPI, the money comes back into the UPI account). The refunds are generally delivered within 7-21 business days. If the event is postponed, we will contact you via phone or email with the information regarding the changes in the time, venue, date, and more. The tickets are valid for the new event date. No refunds are given for any changes made to the event line up in the event that the club require any of the Legends for a tour date or if any of the legends are ill.

All items purchased at the event are treated as in-person sales and are not eligible for a refund under any circumstances. Please ensure you are happy with all items before purchase is made.

Venue Changes - In the event that the venue has to be changed then this will be in accordance with Superstar Speakers policy of within 10 Miles, meaning the replacement venue will be within 10 miles of the original event.

Superstar Speakers are not responsible for any hotel or travel bookings for guests so should an event be cancelled be cancelled, postponed or moved then we are not responsible for any travel or accommodation related cost.

SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS: It is paramount to Superstar Speakers that everyone fully enjoys this event. If you have ANY special requirements (E.g. Access) please notify us BEFORE the show as we may not be able to accommodate you if told on the night.

SPEAKERS: In the unlikely event that a guest speaker can no longer make the date we will find a suitable replacement date for the event and send the details.
