Pre-Show VIP Package Entry Times

• 6:00 PM - Platinum Package

Event Guidelines

Venue & Parking

The event will take place at The Radlett Centre, Aldenham Avenue, Radlett WD7 8HL. Please note that parking is extremely limited, and the venue is not responsible for parking availability.

Event Timings

While we strive to adhere to the published schedule, timings may change to accommodate the speaker’s requirements or unforeseen circumstances (e.g., traffic disruptions or weather conditions). We will notify attendees of any changes via the communication methods outlined below.

Auction

A short memorabilia auction will take place at the start of the second half (approximately 9:20 PM) and will last for 15 minutes. Authenticity certificates will accompany all auction items.

Seating Arrangements

• To be seated with friends, please book tickets under the same name.

• Your seating allocation is based on your ticket type. If you purchase different ticket types (e.g., Platinum and Gold), you will be seated in the section corresponding to the lower ticket type. For example, a Platinum and Gold ticket holder will be seated in the Gold section.

Please note that all seats in the venue offer excellent views of the stage. For specific seating preferences, we recommend purchasing directly through The Radlett Centre.

Refund Policy

Refunds will only be issued if the event is canceled. Tickets are non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and non-transferable.

• Event Cancellation: Full refunds will be processed automatically within 7–21 business days to the original payment method.

• Event Postponement: If the event is postponed, we will notify you via phone or email. Tickets will remain valid for the rescheduled date. If you cannot attend the new date, a refund will be offered.

Special Requirements

To ensure an enjoyable experience for all attendees, please inform us of any special requirements (e.g., accessibility needs) in advance. We may not be able to accommodate requests made on the day of the event.

Speakers

If Tony Adams is unable to attend, the event will be rescheduled. Attendees unable to make the new date will be offered refunds.

Autographs

Autographs are not available. However, Platinum ticket holders will receive an Arsenal shirt, signed by Tony Adams during the professional photo session. Packaging will be provided by Superstar Speakers.

Communication

• Event updates, tickets, and final details will be sent to the email address provided during booking. Please ensure your email address is entered correctly and check your spam/junk folder if necessary.

• Final event details will be shared 4–7 working days before the event, particularly for VIP package holders, as timings may vary depending on ticket sales.
